Mark, a Florida-based ocean painter, skillfully captures the beauty and unique essence of the Sunshine State’s coastal landscapes and marine environment. As a wildlife artist with works spanning over a 40 year career, Mark believes that art possesses the power to inspire change. It is his love for animals and inspiration to make an impact by saving the world’s beautiful marine life that compelled Mark to form Coastal Creations.

Through his artwork, he strives to ignite an appreciation for the splendid creatures that inhabit our oceans, encouraging viewers to become guardians of the marine world. For this reason, Mark donates a portion of his proceeds from his art sales to conservation and is working towards forming the Keya & Friends Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting conservation for marine animals. Keya means turtle in Lakota, a Native American language. Sea turtles represent good health, longevity, and Mother Earth, reminding all of us about the importance of conservation and taking care of our marine animals.
